Active Members: ($35.00) Only Corrections Record Administrators and Supervisors having actual supervision of and receiving salaries from any legally constituted federal, state, county, or municipal Corrections department of any political subdivision or governmental jurisdiction of any state of the United States of America, having authority to adopt and enforce Corrections records administration and supervision under the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America and the Constitutions and laws of the individual States of the United States; shall be eligible for active membership.  Active members shall have all rights and benefits from any privileges, inter alia, holding any office, and voting, etc. conferred upon and granted, regularly constituted organizations of this sort.

Associate Members:  ($35.00) (a) Any person not eligible for active membership, but: (1) Qualified by training and experience in Corrections records administration or supervision, or other related activity, and (2) Employed by and receiving salaries from any legally constituted federal, state, county, or municipal Corrections department of any political subdivision or governmental jurisdiction of any state of the United States of America; or, (3) Are other professional persons, with a legitimate special interest in Corrections records administration and supervision activities compatible with the goals of the National Associated of Correctional Record Administrators and Supervisors shall be eligible for associated membership in this Association.  (b) Associated members shall have all the privileges of active membership except: (1) Associated members shall not hold office; (2) Associate members shall have the privilege of voting only during the term of their chairmanship of a standing committee. 

Sustaining Members:  ($250.00) (a) Persons and Corporations known to be consistent advocates of Corrections record administration and supervision who may desire to lend their raid to the forces engaged in that pursuit, may apply for sustaining membership.  (b) Corporations applying for membership shall designate one person to be a representative of that membership.  (c) That representative of the corporation must be approved by the Executive Board and Represent the quality and character required by the Association.  (d) Sustaining membership remains with the Corporation upon termination of the representative.  (e) Sustaining members or their representatives shall have all the rights and privileges of active membership except that of voting or of holding office, and shall be exempt from the payment of any special assessment that may be levied by the Executive Board.

Affiliate Members:  ($15.00) (a) Citizens who wish to support the Association and its programs may do so by becoming Affiliate members. (b) Affiliate members shall receive privileges as approved by the Executive Board. 

DUES: Dues shall be payable to the National Association of Corrections Record Administrators and Supervisors on January 1st of each calendar year. New members joining after September 30th, of any calendar year, shall pay the total dues amount for the current year and shall be credited membership for the following calendar year.
